That way the user can better balance the sound in games that use CD audio/music. * CD music volume is now saved with each game. Mp3CDDA and CDDA volume are saved with each game so you can customize this for CD games. Created seperate volume variables for each. * Apparently mp3CDDA and CDDA volume were sharing the volume variable for Mp3music.
